Our CNC plasma cutting services is the fabrication process of cutting electrically conductive materials with an accelerated jet of hot plasma on sheet metal. Steel, Aluminum and Copper are some of the materials that can be cut with a plasma torch to incrediable accuracy

3000 x 1500mm up to 15mm

Sheet Metal Rolling, is metal being formed by a manufacturing fabrication process into thin, flat pieces. The sheet metal rolling process consists of passing metal stock through one or more pairs of rolls to reduce the thickness and to make the thickness uniform

We can fold sheet metal materials of various thickness provided they are up to three metres in length,

Sheet Metal Folding Capacity

1-6mm up to 3 meters long

Our shearing fabrication machines provide a straight line cut to flat sheet metal stock. The cut is cleaner than other methods like torch cutting as there is no burning or melting of the primary material 

Sheet Cutting Capacity

1-12mm up to 3 meters long

Our semi-automatic bandsaw allows a two way mitre up to 60 degrees. Variable blade speed, that enables us  to cut sheet metal or blocks into various desired shapes and sizes

Sawing Capacity
